Mr. Vicinaiz has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1994 and has, as lead counsel, tried over seventy-five jury trials to verdict. Additionally, he personally handles appellate cases and has argued cases before the Corpus Christi and San Antonio Courts of Appeals. Mr. Vicinaiz has litigated and tried cases in Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr, Zapata, Jim Hogg, Brooks and Webb County. He has also litigated cases in other South Texas counties.



    Mr. Vicinaiz has extensive experience in many areas of defense litigation including personal injury, premises liability, products liability, construction defects, toxic torts, automobile, commercial disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith litigation.
