Stephen Dimas is an associate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on insurance defense litigation. Raised in Edinburg, Texas, Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2009. He received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2013.

Stephen brings more than a decade of legal experience to his practice, with a background spanning insurance defense, education law, and municipal government. From 2016 to 2025, he served as Staff Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he represented insureds in civil litigation matters. After returning to South Texas, Stephen expanded his legal experience through the practice of education law and later served as an Assistant City Attorney and Municipal Prosecutor.

Throughout his career, Stephen has gained experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters and representing clients through various stages of the litigation process. His extensive background in insurance defense, together with his experience in both private practice and municipal government, provides him with a well-rounded perspective in representing clients and addressing complex legal matters.

Stephen is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Oklahoma. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, watching sports, and grilling.
